SHIPPING, FAQ, AND OTHER STUFF INQUIRIES:
As I'm sure you know, we are huge Instagram lovers, (@the_blue_envelope) however, we have found it impossible to notify & keep up with customers orders via Instagram. Please note that ALL order inquiries, questions or updates of sort must be asked and confirmed via email - you can reach us at email@example.com. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response as again, we are a small business juggling daily life and do receive an immense amount of daily email traffic. We do our best to reply to you as quickly as we possibly can. With this, we are not always available on weekends either. Most emails received on a Friday will be answered on Monday. All of our size charts and shirt specs are located below. Please look over them carefully to ensure that you select the correct size(s) when ordering. Please note that sizes cannot be changed or switched once your order has been placed.
A care label will be attached to your garment, please read and follow washing instructions carefully to maintain durability.
Machine wash cold with like colors. Hang or lay flat to dry. Warm iron inside out when needed.

SHIPPING / PROCESSING TIME
All items are handmade and made to order. Processing will take up to 3-5 business days once payment is received. All orders are then shipped first class USPS unless other arrangements we made prior to the shipment of your order. If your order was placed on a holiday or weekend, it will be processed the following business day. Once your order is shipped, please allow 3-6 days for US delivery and 2-8 weeks for international delivery. International shipping times vary and are based on your postal service and customs department. In most cases, times are only an estimate and are not guaranteed by the postal service. Shipping may take longer during busy times and holidays.
TBE is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. Please contact your local Post Office for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises.
